Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before March 30, 2019, will be refunded less a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitute participants will be accepted.
An updated syllabus is free online for registered attendees. You may choose to purchase a USB drive with the syllabus on it for $34.00.
Guest Meals: $583.00 per person.
Your guest can accompany you to conference meals. They cannot go to education sessions.
Actual recordings of the sessions (video or audio) may be purchased on site from Conference Recording Services or after the conclusion of the conference at ConferenceRecording.com
