Scott Gimple is the Executive Director at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM), where he collaborates with the Director to establish the strategic vision and roadmap for expanding the Center and advancing Integrative Medicine.

Prior to his appointment at AWCIM, Scott garnered extensive experience in leadership across varied industries. He served as the President and CEO of Ability Dogs of Arizona, a nonprofit organization based in Tucson. Preceding this, he dedicated thirteen years to the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), where he held the positions of Director of Finance and Operations and Deputy Executive Director, overseeing operations for an organization with 800 programs and serving over 400,000 children, and with annual revenue of just over $80 million.

Scott's professional trajectory encompasses a sixteen-year tenure within the entertainment sector. At Universal Studios Hollywood, Recreation Division, he fulfilled the role of Corporate Security Director. Additionally, he played a pivotal role as a member of the startup team at DreamWorks S.K.G., assuming responsibilities as Head of Security, Safety, and Travel.

Educationally, Scott is an alumnus of the University of Arizona, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Director of Integrative Medicine in Residency and Professor of Family and Community Medicine

Dr. Ricker graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Biology and from the University of Arizona with her degree in Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Oregon Health and Science University, in Portland Oregon. After residency, Dr. Ricker served as Chief Resident and Faculty Development Fellow. During this fellowship year Dr. Ricker also completed the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine though the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and is certified as a diplomate of the ABOIM.

Dr. Ricker is a Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. She practices outpatient Family Medicine. She is the Director for the Integrative Medicine in Residency Program at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.

Robert Crocker joined the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 2012. His first task was to open the Integrative Health Center in Phoenix and is instrumental in future health centers. He has been involved in the development of the Integrative health and lifestyle program, has been a key leader for the Integrative Health Coaching Program, and is deeply involved in the IMPACT study for clinical outcomes.

Prior to coming to AzCIM, Dr. Crocker was with American Specialty Health (ASH) as its chief medical officer. He was involved in the management and ongoing development of the company's medical management programs and products, as well as oversight of ASH's clinical service operations.

Dr. Crocker had a distinguished career in private practice and as national medical director for both UNICARE/Cost Care and WellPoint Health Networks. He also previously served as chief of staff at River Oaks Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi, and as a part-time clinical instructor in the University of Mississippi's family medicine program.

Dr. Crocker is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice and has held leadership positions in many industry organizations, including America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations (AAPPO). In addition, Dr. Crocker served on the board of directors of URAC from 2001 through 2010 including serving as chairman of URAC's board of directors.

Dr. Crocker holds a bachelor's of science degree in chemistry from Mississippi College, he later graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and he is a graduate of the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. He has served as a health consultant, provided oversight of previous humanitarian relief efforts in Central Asia, and more recently has been working with aboriginal communities in Australia.

Ms. Coryell has been director of IMER since 2018, and has served as faculty and advisor to the AWCIM Medicine from its inception. She has been a pioneer, educator and author in the fields of health and wellness since developing and directing the original wellness/education program at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resorts in Tucson, Az. (1982) and Lenox, Mass. (1989). She went on to create wellness programs at The Pritikin Longevity Institute (Avventura, FL.) and King Ventures (San Luis Obispo, CA.). In the corporate sector, she has been instrumental in developing corporate wellness programs for Four Seasons Resorts; Sandler Capital Management; Bramalea Ltd and Watermark Corp. Upon leaving Canyon Ranch, she founded and directed the Shiva Foundation, a not-forprofit dedicated to education and counseling for those engaged with grief and loss; and authored Good Grief: Healing through the Shadow of Loss (1997) which continues to be used in training grief educators and counselors. Ms. Coryell has a private practice counseling individuals and families facing catastrophic life events.

Molly K. Burke joined the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) at the University of Arizona in February of 2000. She has enjoyed being a part of all aspects of creating and delivering online educational offerings. As Director of Online Education since 2012, she works with program directors, faculty, and the development team to design, create, improve and maintain our many and diverse online educational offerings. She is passionate about driving accessibilty of integrative health and medicine education to as many healthcare professionals as possible with a core focus on self-care and sees this as critical to heal the healthcare system.

Molly designed and directs the Integrative Health and Wellness program (IHeLp), an 8-month interprofessional online certificate program that launched in 2014, the Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching certification, one of the first NBHWC approved programs, that ran from 2015-2025, and the Wellness & Lifestyle Series open to anyone passionate about integrative health and wellness, that launched in 2019.

Additionally, she has led efforts at AWCIM with offerings for the public - the largest being My Wellness Coach, a mobile health app based on motivational interviewing, integrative principles, and health coaching. She has engaged in researching the app across a diverse population and how it supports health behavior changes. She led the development and launch of CanHEAL, an integrative cancer resource toolkit for patients, caregivers, and health providers.

Prior to joining the Center, Molly earned a 1000 hour certification in massage therapy and practiced as a licensed massage therapist in the state of Arizona for 7 years. She has a bachelor's degree in media arts and an MFA in creative writing - both from the University of Arizona. She has been a board member of IM4US (2018-2020).

Stephanie Feder is the Sr. Business Development Director for The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of the Center's Marketing efforts, partnerships, experiential events, and business expansion. Stephanie comes with over 10 years of experience in high-growth start-ups. During her 6 years at Uber, as one of the first 500 employees, she launched 10 US markets, worked/lived in China on the National Marketing Team working on experimental and experiential marketing campaigns, and sat on the Business Development team negotiating and managing West Coast Professional Sports Partnerships. Most recently she was the Vice President of Business Development for Qwick, where she was responsible for new market launches, corporate partnerships, revenue generation, and sales strategy. Stephanie is a University of Arizona graduate, and she earned her degree in Regional Development and Business Administration.

Nicole "Nic" Dahl is the Director of Communications, Marketing, and Events for the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She leads the Center's brand strategy, content development, press relations, and signature events—helping shape how integrative medicine is communicated to the world. Nic brings more than 15 years of experience in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and strategic communications. Her leadership background spans government, nonprofit, hospitality, and healthcare. Before joining AWCIM, Nic built and directed communications programs across mission-driven organizations, specializing in translating complex, clinical, and content into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Nic is a University of Arizona graduate with deep expertise in positioning brands and thought leaders at the intersection of healthcare, education, and social impact.
